The MISONO Building, a leisure complex founded in 1956; Closed its hotel for business in 2019, the banquet hall in 2020, and the bars on the second floor at the end of last year. Located in the basement of the building, the last light in the history of MISONO UNIVERSE will finally be extinguished with the closing of its 70-year curtain on this day.
FINALBY ( ), led by ∈Y∋(BOREDOMS) and COSMIC LAB, who have given numerous legendary performances in the MISONO building, will be the crowning glory of the finale.The children of the UNIVERSE will create the final legend of the MISONO UNIVERSE as it sublimates into an eternal existence that will be passed down from generation to generation. ∈Y∋ is the frontman of BOREDOMS, a globally influential band in the underground music scene; COSMIC LAB (VJ C.O.L.O. ‘s team) explores cognitive expansion through spatial expression; HORIO KANTA is an art engineer who pursues the relationship between sound and machines; and TAIKI NIIMI is a programmer who performs everything from circuit design to sound synthesis.Their first performance at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL'21 was called the most heterogeneous performance. The 2nd performance, performed at Art Basel in Hong Kong 2025 on the 29th March, had a spectacular impact, foreshadowing a new legend. *Pronounced (Final Bee).
With the full cooperation of the MISONO Building, FINALBY ( ) and COSMIC LAB, both art and technology experts with close ties to MISONO, will create an art performance that extends the final moments of the MISONO UNIVERSE into myth and legend.
